Hamid Corassani wins Alive SW

Hamid finds time inbetween running GBG MMA, training and waiting for fighters to step up and face him (Been trouble finding opponents willing to fight him) to enter some some local competitions. Alive gathered some of Swedens best SW and MMA fighters wich didn’t stop Hamid from placing first. Congrats!

Rami Aziz getting ready for The Zone FC5 Bushido

Presenting the first fighter for upcoming The Zone FC 5 – Bushido, November 7th in Gothenburg. Home town fighter Rami Aziz (Frölunda Kampsport Center) will make his pro debut at the event. His opponent will be presented shortly.

Age has previously held him back, forcing him to compete outside of Sweden under full MMA rules. Now the time has come for our young gun, Rami Aziz to compete at one of Swedens biggest events: The Zone FC5 Bushido!

Welcome to the team Tchavdar Pavlov!

We are glad to present an addition to the family: The grappling and MMA athlete Tchavdar Pavlov! He has been steadily building his name on the MMA scene since 2002, racking up impressive wins in Submission Wrestling and MMA. Tchavdar will also be involved in the design process, and we welcome him aboard as a friend and fighter!

He trains with Hilti in Stockholm, and you can see him fight  in Superior Challenge the 30th May.

Prey Madness Shorts

Our last stretch shorts unfortunately had quality issues, forcing us to remove them from our line. The good things that came with this was implementing the Microfiber stretch fabric used in our new Madness Stretch shorts. The fabric is ultrastrong and has that premium feel to it that comes from its slightly brushed surface. The inside is low friction to prevent riding while fighting on the ground.

Prey all sold out, restocks next week

Updates on the gear

Yo, we have been busy redesigning our popular sparring glove a litte, and switching out materials and dropping a new pair of shorts with some input from swedish fighter Tchavdar Pavlov.

MMA Sparring glove: We added a velcro closure on top of the glove, stitced into the leather before the glove is sewn together so that no stitching touch the skin, this piece aligns perfectly with the velcro on the strap making for a really tight fit. This ads a little thicknes to the wrap-around strap but we feel its worth it for stability and not having to readjust the strap even under the most intense sparring sessions. We added a little length to the front-drop of the gloves, making it harder to hit the knuckles when striking from unorthodox angles. We feel that with those improvements to a already outstanding glove, we have the best MMA sparring glove available today.

Madness Stretch shorts: We switched out the materials in our stretch shorts to a ultra strong and wear resistant fabric with a slight stretch to it. The feel of this fabric is awesome, dries quickly and is totally bombproof. All of the graphics are embroidered and they come with a mouthpiece pocket on the inside and internal drawstring making them the top choice when it comes to loosefit MMA shorts.
